Béatrice Lissague is a french designer. After her fashion studies at the school of "La Chambre Syndicale de la Couture " in Paris, she worked in New York City for Diane Von Furstenberg and the sportswear company Cygnes design.

At 25 years old, she started her own company of fashion accessories under the label Béatrice Lissague. She opened her own showroom in Manhattan and attended international trade shows such as Première Classe in Paris and Accessories Circuit in New York . Her high end designs were distributed to Bendel, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus, Shiseido The Ginza, Tobu, Lane Crawford, Galeries Lafayette, le Printemps, Le Bon Marché and more stores in the USA, Europe and Japan.

Her several travels and her franco-american culture developed her interest for other culture, for other way of life, for other type of art and the desire to learn more and more !

During the last several years, she has been exploring and learning new technics so she can expand her design field. Her curiosity is unlimited from ancient to modern technics such as painting , computer graphic design, weaving, photography, collages ... She enjoys playing with them all. She loves all kind of material, modern or vintage, from fabrics to stones, from wood to metal, from silk to plastic. She has a passion for colors, textures and graphics.

She always has her camera with her, shooting various series of themes and feelings," hunting" for the right natural lighting, the transparency and the opacity, the textures, shapes and emotion.Her latest work includes photograph she has partially recolored and painted.

In addition to designing her own collection, all of which are available on-line, Béatrice Lissague consults on all aspects of design, supplementing her clients needs and goals with her "custom- made" approach.She tries to carefully translate their wishes into an aesthetic "creation".

Designing is not work but an " Art de Vivre " part of her daily life wherever she is in the world.
